High Performance Coated Fabrics

A durable, nylon mattress ticking with an oxford weave pattern.  We coat SOFlux OX® with polyurethane and add FR and antibacterial performance.  Ideal for dormitory, assisted living, camp and detention applications.  SOFlux OX® is the original vinyl (PVC) replacement fabric for settings requiring waterproof performance and no cracking during its service life.  Stocked in navy blue, custom colors are available.

Highlighted by its low-moisture vapor transmission (LVT) design, the nylon taffeta face fabric is rubber coated and perfectly suited for a wide range of healthcare applications.  The LVT performance is a highly sought after attribute by infection control professionals and has made SOFlux LVT® one of the leading choices for medical support surfaces in acute care settings.  Stocked in blue with nominal stocks possibly available in burgundy and green.   Custom colors are available too.

Recovery6™ features a polyurethane face coating laminated to a color matched knit backing to create a high-performing option for pressure reducing support surfaces, wheelchair cushions and other similarly designed healthcare applications.  Recovery6™ is halogen-free and compliant with Prop 65.  Typically stocked in Royal and Black - Recovery6™ is a popular selection for applications requiring fabrics with both stretch and recovery properties.

Combining all of the performance attributes of our standard SOFlux OX® fabric, our exclusive SOFlux OX-V® add a distinctive dobby weave pattern to provide your customers the assurance that they are getting the "real deal."  Stocked in navy blue and custom colors available.

Low cost and proven performance are what you get when you select one of our PVC fabric offerings.  Our stock 10.5 osy offering is typically available in light blue, grey and mint green.

This nylon taffeta fabric combines the outer appearance of our SOFlux LVT® offering with an economical PVC coating on the back.  Well-suited for applications where a higher-performance option may not be required.

This heavier version of our popular Recovery5™ offering, the ULTRA version features a more balanced, 4-way stretch and a thicker coating to stand up to more challenging use environments.

Similar in construction to our Recovery6™, Recovery5™ is not halogen-free.  This legacy offering is typically available from stock in Royal Blue with a color matching knit backing fabric.

We have taken our market leading SOFlux LVT® Mattress Ticking fabric and made it with an ultra-durable, 210-denier nylon oxford face fabric.  Ideal for the most demanding, rugged healthcare settings.
